SMART ACOUSTICS
With Dirac Live Room Correction* as an available upgrade, you can use sophisticated room correction technology and measure room acoustics to eliminate standing waves, reverberations, and other unwanted distortions. A calibration kit with a high-sensitivity mic is also required and available from Bluesound with additional purchase.

Quality versatile but……..Posted onI bought this as an upgrade and intend to share my music library with the family through a secondary system using my external solid state drive usb-connected device. The 132 fails to recognize these devices(2) but does see USB micro B non SSD’s.

Vast improvement over 2iPosted onIt's an obvious improvement over the older 2i that I've been using for streaming for the last few years. Much fuller, richer, more analog sound. Radio Paradise and Qobuz have never sounded better in my system.

Descent productPosted onThe earlier model Node has worked as advertized. I have the anniversary model as well but it is not installed currently. Sound is fine on my reasonably nice system. Built is very good. I have had a couple of unresolved software issues making the ethernet correction unusable and some issues with my Android phone requiring a reboot of the phone to resolve. When the Node doesn't see the internet connection it needs and then I change to that network, it will not work until I reboot the phone. This came with an update but remains unresolved with newest updates to both the Node and the phone.

ImprovementPosted onComing off the original Node (2021). That unit was very satisfying. The new Node (2024) is much improved with updated internals, including the new ESS Sabre Dac. Vocals are brilliant and instruments sound so sweet. The new Node sells for what I bought the original Node for ! Thank you Bluesound ... I'm sure this can compete with much more expensive streamers. Like it lots !!!
