It's not often sound experts find a small-sized speaker that can play with the big boys but it looks like the Imagine Mini is exactly what Hi-Fi Choice's David Price was looking for. In the June issue of the magazine Price writes in his five-star review: "it's remarkable just how big sounding a well-executed small speaker can be."
He goes on to comment about the Imagine mini's sound quality: "the upper midband is admirably smooth, with no nasty shrillness, and the snare drums bite through the mix cleanly"..."the PSBs proving well able to capture the rhythm of the music as well as the subtle dynamic accenting that breathes life into the song."
"Charming little loudspeaker that's lots of fun to listen to!" was Hi-Fi Choice's verdict to award the little loudspeaker with a Recommended badge.
